Ordering and Delivery Information
PAYMENT OPTIONS:
Payments can be made on line through PAY PAL safe and secure server, highly encrypted to give you total security and peace of mind.
Should you wish to place your order by telephone, card payments are also processed through PAY PAL secure service.
If you prefer you can post a copy of your order together with a cheque made payable to :
H. Kaye to Heart Felt Craft, Unit 2 Bennet House, Norwich Street, Dereham, NR19 1BX.
We will contact you to confirm receipt of your order/ cheque upon receipt.
UK DELIVERY:
All UK deliveries are FREE postage and packaging.
As all my work is hand made I do ask that you please allow 14 days from receipt of your order to dispatch. However, should your order be more urgent then please contact me and I will try my best to reach your deadline.
We send most orders via Royal Mail but heavier parcels may have to go by Parcel Force and will require a signature. In the event of a Parcel Force delivery being necessary we will contact you prior to dispatch to ensure the most suitable day for delivery.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY:
Shipping must be calculated for deliveries out side the UK. Please contact us via email so we can advise of postage options and price. Customers outside of the UK may be subject to import duty / tax imposed by the country on receipt of the goods for which the customer is solely responsible. We are unable to refund overseas postage or import charges should you choose to return goods.
RETURNS:
I hope that you will be delighted with your purchase. I endeavour to accurately show all items on my website however slight variations are possible as the items are handmade and colour variations can occur in fabrics.
In the event that you wish to return an item, we will be happy to refund( item cost not including Postal charges) or exchange within 14 days of the date of dispatch provided that the item is in a fully re-saleable condition.
Please note: I regret that I am unable to refund or exchange items which have been personalised, it is therefore essential that you ensure all names and dates are correct at the time of ordering.

Please ensure item are re-packed carefully and returned in their original condition. It is also advised that you obtain a proof of posting receipt from the Post Office as we cannot be held accountable for returned goods whilst in transit. The customer is responsible for return postal cost unless items are received faulty or damaged.
In regard of goods returned found not to be in a resalable condition the right is reserved to either refuse refund and return item or to deduct up to 20% of the original cost.
If a return is due to the fault of Heart Felt Craft , damage, flaw or error then a refund including postal costs will be made or a replacement item will be sent to you free of charge and returns postal cost refunded.
CANCELLATIONS:
You may cancel an order or part of an order at anytime within 7 days prior to dispatch. Should you cancel after dispatch then return postal costs are the customers responsibility and no refund of delivery cost can be made.
In regard to personalised items we regret that cancellation cannot be accepted once work to add names and dates has been started.
